When posting Rule #3 in another thread, I could not recall a thread with the basic rules that bassists should live by.

3. Never leave the cable connected to your active bass-when you catch a phone call, or when you set the bass aside.

Anybody got Rule #1, 2 or 26 handy? I've heard some funny rules in the past...

Rule #2012- Play until the worlds demise!

Rule #2112- Don't attempt to play any Rush songs like Geddy...It is not physically possible.
