So I think I started following this thread when it started... and I've not heard one of these yet... but I love the way that it seems to be getting more and more desirable as an amp the longer it goes on!

Hi Jim – I've placed an order for my BAmp and will be picking it up tomorrow; looking forward to joining the club!
Please let me add my name to the list of people begging you to include "input gain" as a parameter stored with the memory locations. This is a fundamental rockbottom necessity for people switching instruments during a gig - it's the single most important parameter that has to be stored to deliver consistent level for FOH when switching instruments. I don't think the risk is any greater than the risk posed by the makeup gains in the stored effect parameters, but if you feel you need to put a strong warning over that parameter that's fine. After all, presumably the only people who will be touching it will be people like us who know what we're doing and why we have to do it.
I can get around it by buying a specific pedal like the Radial Bumper to do the single task of compensating the disparate output gains of my PBass and FBass and Kala UBass, but that's just crazy talk - I'm buying the BAmp to take less pedals to the gig, not buy another one. In the meantime I will see what I can MacGyver using the makeup gains of effects (although this is obviously not the correct place in the chain to be addressing this).
But that concern expressed, I'm really looking forward to this!

Just a thought.....what cab would pair well with ip322 and b|amp? Hdn 212, hdn412, or hg410? Any of these would make a monster
Oh – here's a question for BAmp users in advance. Anyone have any idea what a useable speaker profile might be for an Acme Low B-1?
No idea – tomorrow will be my first hands on experience with the BAmp. It might come down to trial and error, trying different cabinet profiles to see which one suits it best. I also have a CN212 as my main cab, so the Acme would just be for little cocktail gigs since it weighs nothing and I already own it. It will be interesting to see what the BAmp offers to optimize its sound though.
One of my favorite venues in town bought my old Sadowsky SA410 cabinet as their house cab - I'll also be hunting for the optimum profile for that so I can walk in with my BAmp, dial up the optimum configuration for it and roll
There is a generic profile. Not sure if it's preloaded or you may have to download it.

Start with "None" then experiment with others until you find one you like. Maybe try the CN210 or HDN210. Then Ref112. For the SA410, I'll bet the HD410 would be good. @Jim Bergantino definitely will know the best profile for that.
Stupid question: are there any tips or tricks to getting the BTFS to pair with the B|Amp? Somehow mine unpaired itself and I cannot for the life of me get to pair back up. It's driving me nuts!

Try resetting the pedal and repairing with dongle. Instructions are in latest manual on our website. If that doesn't work email me and I'll try to assist you further.I did! Still no dice

Just updated my B with 5.12. I did notice that the tweaks to the O/D effect (haven't used the the others) are now more "subtle" if that is the right term. What i mean by that is, prior to upgrade i loved the sound of O/D at 7/7 with my passive J bass. After the upgrade i had to go up to 10/10 to get the same effect.
I'm not complaining!! In fact the more subtle control is a good thing, dials up more gradually i guess is the best way to explain it. Just wanted to mention so others are aware.
