)i'm going to choose one based on nothing more than my preference: it will probably be an impulse. once i get out the saw = no turning back! ha!
I could see myself making a "research" trip to an establishment, or several establishments, to consider and compare beer tap designs as an option. Even if you don't use a tap design, the "research" is very very important and should not be ignored.
