Darn, you beat me to it! Best line by far! We're very lucky in the band in that we have two visionaries, David and Nigel, they're like poets, like Shelley and Byron. They're two distinct types of visionaries, it's like fire and ice, basically. I feel my role in the band is to be somewhere in the middle of that, kind of like lukewarm water.
Yep, I love that one, as a bass player and electrical engineer!
Late 1980's or early 1990's I had shoulder-length hair (don't have much of any hair anymore). I was out walking one day and a girl saw me and said to her mother, "Is he a boy or a girl?" And the mom said, "He's a boy." I've had very short hair for 11 years now, since most of it's gone on top. I was starting to look like Benjamin Franklin, and it wasn't a good look!I have a few hair below the ears stories. I was at the grocery wearing old jeans and sandals and a half buttoned white shirt. A little boy said to his mother "look, mom, it's Jesus". OK, I have amended my fashion and the hair is shorter now.
That was Lemmy, not Spinal Tap.I use this when I'm mixing sound for another band to describe a diva (usually singer, sometimes guitar player) who wants ALL of the instruments in his/her monitor mix and and then is constantly asking for tweaks to that mix because they can't make anything out:
"I want everything louder than everything else."
I first read the title as "Best Bass Line from Spinal Tap" and that would undisputably be "Big Bottom".
The best spoken line in the movie is.
"We are not going to do a free-form jazz exploration in front of a festival crowd."
Yeah, but he lived Spinal Tap. Life imitates art? That was Lemmy, not Spinal Tap.

Sorry it wasn’t a glove......Referring to the black album, At the release party Ian Faith talking ti Bobby Flekmen” it wasn’t a whip that we wanted to put in the album “
