Thank you sir! Mike's words may be true. The last time we spoke he said this will be the last cabinet I buy.![]()
That's only because we're both really old!

Mntngrown has one of the earliest 48's.
I feel bad because I'm always going on about the new designs. I just played through a 48 and I forgot how much I loved the 8" based cabs. They're about the same volume as a 210.
The reason I've held off on the development of the 8's is a pretty practical one. It's tough to come up with the dough for big OEM runs. The 8's competed with the 10's so I've put more energy into the 10's. In the future we'll probably do similar changes to the OEM 8's as the 6's.
The reason I've been working on the 6's is that they occupy a unique place in the lineup. They're different enough from the 10's (read "cheaper") so one can get a similar function at a lower price point.
I don't think the mods can get upset about these comments. I'm a bit paranoid these days!

What a sweet looking rig, and I bet it sounds even better. Is that the 225 head? What kind of volume levels can you get with that combo?
Cheers,
Liam
I'm not a big fan of tube heads myself, but that is a mighty fine looking rig! Congrats!![]()

I'm waiting to hear what those brave players receiving 210 Flex cabinets think after they fire 'em up...![]()

Any way to see what's inside of one of these, without buying one?
Really curious to see.
