Any live sets for bass from the tone Exchange that are worth downloading?
I’ve been using a World Tour 800 for mine. They have scores of sizes/shapes at reasonable prices.

Figured out how to stream audio via the Bluetooth Dual adapter on the GX100. Pretty slick, the music is unaffected by the effects of the unit even though it's running the same output path into the amp. The amp of course is coloring it so I just turned off the EQ section and I'm good. I'll only use it for practice and jamming with backing tracks but it's cool to know you could send the music to FOH if you needed. I did check the latency to see if it would be usable with songster or my talkingbass courses but it is most definitely not.
I've had it for a long time, I think it was my first darkglass pedal. I've ditched the excess pedals though. I simply don't need them. I've got it all right here in the GX. I'm set with my happy little booster tin that I bought for the simple reason of it being Bob Ross and I vowed to never use it.
I’m constantly intrigued by trying other pedals out but in reality I don’t need them I’m still not 100% sold on the drives yet but I’m slowly getting there.
Too bad there is no Bitcrusher in the Boss. Still have GAS for that. The ring mod is ok, not great though, and it’s not the same as a bitcrusher.
I did not buy any pedals since Boss Core. (feels like a statement in a drug abstinence self help group..)
They all sound different and can be tons of fun to play with. but I've decided that where I am in my journey I need to focus on education and practice. So I'm sadly getting rid of my excess. Of course we're all aware of the rabbit hole that is the GT/GX unit but it's easier for me to dial in a tone and then leave it alone.
I'm similar, but gas has still driven me to buy and try. Short of a few pedals (especially for guitar) the core can satisfy nearly every urge with the added flexibility of adding an eq, clean, or low end.
For example, I can't replace my price of tone for guitar. The core drives are good, but it can't do what the prince of tone does. If I didnt already know what it sounded like before getting the core, I'm sure I'd be happy with the cores guitar drives, but I've seen the light...
Being able to insert pedals in the Cores effects loop has opened up a whole new world for me. It's a game changer with touch sensitive pedals in that I can control how hard the pedal gets hit from within a patch. So now I wondering what other pedals will sound like(even ones I had before and sold).
Also, I did not change my patch for over a month now haha !
Yeah tbh, my default patch hasn’t really changed. The only changes are to tweak the foot switch assigns depending on what I need available. I think with my GK in 4cm I’ve got a super solid all rounder setup dialled.
I would love to hear more sludgy stoner rock guitar and bass patches though. Most of the stuff on tone exchange seems to be either clean or geared towards classic rock stuff.

So I made a new proggy/fusion track aptly titled "Who's the Boss?" with all sounds from guitar and bass coming from the Boss GT1000 Core (besides small post processing things in my DAW). I am fairly happy with the sounds. Was going for a Gilmourish guitar solo in the middle and a fuzzy bass sound in the end. Used my six string and four string basses.
Normally I only use my Axe fx II for recording so this is my first track with the Boss. It was my goal to do everything with the Boss to learn the new toy. Most likely I am going to use both Axe fx and Boss for the next tracks. It's not completely done or mixed but it's getting there. Hope you like it! Let me know if you will...
