I was already planning on doing something like that. Chose Titebond over PL just because it is very readily available on the woodshop I frequent.From my experience, although Titebond is a great adhesive, it doesn't fill gaps like PL. You're probably going to need to caulk the seams to prevent leaks.

Did the roundover but the bit slipped for one section. Went over it with a palm sander and it's just about unnoticeable.
