+1 I am actually thinking about having mine refinish in a tobacco burst with a very thin layer of solid white of the body wings. So after a few years of playing the white will wear off in spots to reveal the burst/AA flame maple underneath

Well, here it is! Second coat has gone on, needs a few more.

Its brighter in real life and has blacklight properties much like the DR Neons.

Good for you! I have a green Pedulla, too... actually mine is emerald green from the factory, not nearly as neon green as yours... but whatever makes you happy! They are great sounding and playing basses.

Update: Just applied the logo and the last clearcoat, photos by the end of the week, waiting for the finish to cure before hardware goes on!

I seriously thought about buying that bass, but I just can't get past the body style. Personal preference and all that.

I think you're having a better time with it anyway. It's looking good.

Yabut - it is very comfortable! I love my Pentabuzz.

I have half traditionally shaped basses (Alleva Coppolo, Sadowsky, Warmoth) and half differently shaped (Ken Lawrence Brase, Pentabuzz, Lakland 55-94). I love them all but the Brase and Pentabuzz are the most comfortable for me.

I'd have to agree. My main bass for years has been a MVP-6. I've found it super comfy during long musical rehearsals, and its got great balance for club gigs.
Haven't found anything quite as nice a fit for me. But, that's a good challenge for the next build!

May be just me but that particullar Pedulla shape reminds me of Gene Simmons during Kiss' eighties unmasked period (where they actually wore more make up than during the glory days)
