Calling all Little Mark II owners.

Dammit!! Hangin' here at TB is b-a-a-a-d for my finances! I sense that I will eventually have to pull the trigger on an LMII. Sigh. I will wait until the supply catches up and possibly some other vendors are approved. By then, if there are any issues with the units, it should have shown up.

I don't need one...but I want one!

What a sick, sick puppy I am!

I didn't need one either. Far from it.
:hyper:

AFAIK no other vendors will be approved. In the states it's GC.

Brad...I knew you didn't, lol! It will have to be in addition to my TF and F-1X rigs...just can't part with either of those. I'll still wait awhile until the supply channel fills up a bit...and I can "convince" the wife unit that it really is a good idea!

Sorry to be changing the drift of the thread..... But I tried My new LMII with my Aggie GS112 last nite. Lovely!!! Sounded great with the uprite & great with the elec. bass too. Having the dual inputs IS handy also- I could have the uprite & elec plugged in at same time. I used the VLE on 1/4 & VPF on 1/2-all other EQ's flat= great tone! Great li'l amp.

Glad you're enjoying this amp! I'm interested to see how your impressions unfold as you use it more. I too really have come to enjoy it, even though its much different than the other amps I've played. It really has a usable tonal range and find myself having to do much less knob adjusting to get great sounds out of it.

Used my TA 501 with my Berg EX/HT stack and then slaved out to a Eminence 2x15 powered by a SWR 350 (that 350 should be replaced by a LMII this week according to GC). That and my new/used USA Lakland BG PJ just gave my fingers so much opportunity. Playing a set has never been so easy.

Hey y'all, anyone use the DI out yet? I just played a gig where I was going out of the DI in to the house. We had to switch it over to micing the cab for the second set because my sound had a lot of buzz out of the DI (J bass with singlecoils but I couldn't hear it through my speaker on stage) and then at the end of the first set the DI out started to break up or something...the sound man (who knows what he's doing) said it started to sound like s**t....anyone else have this issue yet?

On stage, as always, the sound was great though...I'd just like to know what the issue could be. I never heard a problem through my speakers on stage...it was only through the DI.

I'll try recording with my DI in the next week or so..maybe tomorrow night, depending upon what everyone thinks about things...I hope its not a design feature, but I think we'd have someone mention it if it had been a problem on other amps.

I don't have a warrentee on mine as I bought it used but I know someone who can fix it. It's just a drag that it's an issue. These things happen though once in a while and at least it's not something with the pre amp or power section...it should be an easy fix if it is an issue.

I've only used it once or twice (though I'll be using it more in the future) but the DI sounded good and was clean when I did. I wasn't playing singlecoils, but nonetheless my FOH was as clean as my stage sound.

That's too bad about your amp - hopefully you can get it fixed.

No problem with my DI so far. Used it several times. I wasn't using singlecoils either.
