hi all - back in the USSR ... uh, USA.
Sorry I couldn't find any chicks with bass or extraordinary spoons in Albania to photo for ya.
Three gigs in November, requiring regular BG, upright and fretless ... and haven't touched a bass in two weeks.
Down into the practice space and start whipping these hands back into shape!
p.s. FM, can't find that pic of you with the green bass, the indoor one not the outdoor one. Any idea which page of which CWB that was on? There are now so many pages.

here is a very rough copy of the one song that I have. we're basically recording them with bass and rhythm guitar so the lead guitar can write parts.
And I have to say thanks again to PA for the name idea.

thanks...just realized how much LGP is playing around at the end...I think it was to show the effects he was using or something....and again....it's really rough...none of the mistakes are edited out or anything...lmao...so any constructive criticism from anyone is more than welcome.

He's playing around at the end of the take ... that's cool. You can get rid of extraneous stuff later.
Your tone sounds great and I like how you slide down to the root note in the main part. In those sections, you're right on. On the bridge or chorus (not sure what you call it), you could step on it a little - sounds like you're waiting for the others a little before hitting your note. Don't forget, you're the bass player, the rest of them should follow your rythym.
But me likey, nice sound from everyone.

Taking turns is a good opportunity to take pictures. But - I would think there should be a "little bit of this, a little bit of that, it started with a kiss, and now we're up to bat, a little bit of laughs, a little bit of pain......" You know, it's all part of the game.
