As a disclaimer: here's the original with the uncorrected typo's.

How the hell can people be so damn closed minded that they think that their opinion is actually fact, and anyone who feels or thinks any differently is just plain wrong? If that were really the truth we wouldn't have so many different types of music, art, or any kind of expression. We'd be living in "1984" all wearing the same clothes, speaking the same words, having one version of sex....how damn boring life would be. But then again, that's just my opinion. Maybe "1984" gets you* hard. Maybe you* believe that everyone would dress like you*, talk like you*, **** like you*, and of course listen to the same kind of music as you*, because we all know that everything else is just plain CRAP.

I don't know what Tbird looks like as a guy, but as a girl he turns me on.:D That's my opinion and if you* don't agree, well, that's your choice too, BUT there's no need for us to take the extra time to say nasty things to each other. If you* don't agree with something, why don't you* just move on? I don't understand why people have to take the extra time and effort to say or write something that is intended to do nothing but insult someone else.

*being all the haters that Thor has been mopping up like projectile vomit in the exorcist ward of the hospital.

TBird rocks!!! I just watched one of the videos from the links and his band sounds good. I'd go see them. I have no problem with people being who they are as long as they're not hurting anyone else. Keep rockin'!!!!!

You guys are certainly the best!
Why live in any shame of what you are and that which makes you happy? My life's too short for that. I'd rather take the joy from every day - makes life so much more pleasant.

I can't speak highly enough of our drummer. He's so cool and an excellent, dedicated musician, and a real band member/team player. There's a saying something like "Your band is only as good as your drummer"
Our guy Wayne makes us a good band, and makes my job playing the bass a real joy.

I actually had worked up the courage to do some of my own on Saturday night. Went to hang with a friend's band during their rehearsal, ended up sitting in when the regular bassist didn't show, then ended the evening all hot, sweaty, and bedraggled looking and decided I didn't want to look all ICK in comparison to the other hot ladies posting here. Therefore, I reconsidered. Next time, however, my buddy's committed to making me take the pictures before hot and sweaty happens. That'll be Thursday or Saturday probably.

Greets. Just dropping a post to encourage anyone and everyone to seek what brings individual happiness, as long as nobody gets trod upon. It always baffles me when someone intrudes on a thread to sling dog mess. As I have posted before and elsewhere, a forum is like a cocktail party; if one hears others discussing a topic that doesn't pique one's interest, the evolved move is to keep walking. Butting in to be judgemental and -ve is simply devoid of class.

Now that my derail is over, I vote for the "flipped bird" pic:p

I'll give Dee big props. After the Station Fire/ Great White Show that killed 100 people some years ago, Dee put together a huge benefit at our local arena to help people with the medical bills.

Dee is an A+++++ guy, and he cares about people. He didn't have to do any of that, he could have been another Eagles kind of self absorbed jerk, but that isn't who he is.

Just sayin...

Respect is earned. He has earned his.

I'm close enough to your direction for that Tropical Strom to be knocking out my satellite and to be concerned about the other hurricane brewing! But yeah, during the"troll wars":hmm: I tried to make a point that we were like friends meeting everyday at a club or a bar to clown around and enjoy each other's company, and that if it were not for physical distances, we probably would all be hanging out together.

What??!! We missed the opportunity for a hurricane party??? Well, tropical storm party, anyway. And I had a whole four days off, too! Story of my life.

LOL. I knew I should have gone back and edited that. Committed I am now I see. Now I'll spend the whole week figuring out which bass to wear - and which shoes. I could take requests. Wonder how that would turn out?
