definitely had an awesome time, although as seen in the pics once i had my share of a couple 5ers i took to mostly just playing the one i brought through everyone elses rigs, hearing setups from a price range I can barely dream about never gets old. And yea jordan the sunburst p in the earlier pics was mine :D 74 p.

Also supertanker i talked to you at the end about you playing at anthonys? let me know next time your up there i really wanna see how a gig in that place goes down!

I think I did a pretty good job of listing the names on the photo, considering lack of nametags, and a memory like swiss cheese. Plus 82daion and thejeffers are related and look a bit similar if I remember correctly, so you could probably understand if I got them mixed up.

Good job on the pics AP!

My camera's battery died on me so I didn't get a single picture...

man, I came woefully unprepared for this one! I was expecting to get in, deliver Bob's (Bthrem) musicaman after its fret dress, be there for about an hour then head back up to my shop up the street to prep instruments for the Cincy guitar show today (which had a TON, I mean a TON of basses there! That's a discussion for a different thread). I got part of it right: when I left I went back to my shop... but after 3 hours, and with like 6 other people!

What a great time! Adam's Puma/Accugroove rig was my favorite, and Matt's Elrick, man, that smokes! I think I'm going to break down and have Carey nordstrand wind me a set of DCs for my Acacia now. your old 55-01 made me a believer in Nord's and now again you force me to spend more money!:help: And Jordan, I'll get your bass done this week. Mike and I will get it back to you some how, some way! I figured it out this morning and just need to heat up the iron again. And I gotta say, I broke down and bought a Lakland at the show today after playing Adam's yesterday. they're just such great basses! And if you guys and Gals didn't play Pat's Peavey you missed out, definitely my favorite budget bass.

Whew! I think my ears have stopped ringing and now I need to figure out a way to buy the Carl Thompson 5-string Daryl Jones had at the show today! Thanks again for a great time and I'll see about making it up to the C-bus gtg, and maybe I can toss in some of the stuff I didn't bring this time!

Sorry man, I didn't mean to give you such a bad case of pickup GAS. I should get paid for this stuff. If only they knew how many people have bought things due to trying out my stuff. I agree on the Laklands. They're awesome basses. SuperTanker's JO was a treat to play. i don't know if you had the chance to play that one but I never knew one could get the action that low.

Yeah Matt you ought to get a commission or something your Elrick has me gassin for one! That was a sweet bass.

I'd been thinking of selling my P, but messing with Adam's '64, and GlowingHamster's '74 had me appreciating a good P and I think mine is decent enough for the old school thump I do. I also Loved the Clevinger of Bobs, and all of Justin's gear. That Zon, and that Benavente were super sweet.

But, most of what I left with was Amp GAS there was some sweet rigs there... Really Really nice!

Not too many folks got to play my P, which bummed me out. I didn't bring a guitar stand, so I had to rest it in its case.

Great playing P, kept up with Adams '64, IMO.

Oh well, there's always C-bus!
