Cincy GTG 2013

d'oh! i sold the vintage speakers from the ampro and haven't replaced them yet! i was hoping to bring it. my schedule sucks anyway and i don't know if i can make it but will sure as hell try. i'll smell like a kitchen, and i'll be hopped up from the gallon of coffee i drink at work, but i'll try and make it.
hey my wife knows the owners of the madison theater in covington, so maybe a late summer or fall gtg might be able to happen there (just thinking, idk if they'd go for it, but it has plenty of available power, little or no noise restrictions, and IT'S A BAR!) i will start looking into it....i'll post up what i find out. her work used to have their xmas parties there, so it's a real possibility. and afaik, they are usually closed during the day, so it would be private, and they maybe wouldn't care about folks selling their gear there. we'd have to pay for whatever staff was there, and probably a fee for them to open it up for the few hours, but i'd bet we could pull it off if they'd be willing to take us. how much would be too much to try and raise? i figure 10-15 ppl? sound about right? at 10 bucks, thats up to 150 bones, plus they'll sell some beverages too, and also i'd figure some tipping the staff would be happening as well-- win win.

Hopefully you can make it.

A GTG at the Madison would bee sweet! Let us know if that is a possibility. If we can set a date way ahead of time we could probably get a lot more peeps to show.
