Very cool gig.. Lakewood looks like an arena gig..
And as always great bass playing....

Man i wish i could get some NEW AC's. Til i do....Here is Kirks Twin brother (minus the binding) in "action" at a Lakewood Service from this past sunday. Im using the REDDI as well...

(spanish content) LOL:bassist::bassist:

gotta love the trial screenflow...:bawl:

Thank you.. The color is off in my pics... ughhhhh... Must be my camera white balance settings...

Jimmy likes alot of windings.... Me not so much... But it does force the string down towards the headstock which puts more pressure on the NUT so i guess you do get better string contact...
Those are factory stock and installed by Jimmy or Yohan..

Kirk,
I'm sure there is a good reason for it, but why aren't the strings cut shorter? It actually looks cool though.

Congrats on the new arrivals, by the way.

I know this is our AC thread but since we were on the subject...

My REDDI just came in! Lookin forward to laying down some tracks with this piece! The case was a serious score.

Can you set the white balance prior to shooting? Some cameras allow you to focus on a "grey card" or some other neutral background, and then use those settings with the photos following. PM me and I can give you some pointers. I do this stuff all day at work.

I just wasnt feeling great yesterday.. and just shot them with the setting that i had form the other day in LA where it was cloudy..
I will do it again as soon as i am up and running.. Thank you though

Oh .. ive done that with coffee and an Ipod..
Yeah that guy that left his REDDI on the roof while driving away was the bass player from the TV commercials Free Credit Report .com
Someone on TB knows him.

And I'd bet, as opposed to some other posts, you won't transport it on the top of a car! :p

He's a Detroit bassist that plays a church gig that some other TBers (Matrok and Burk) also play on occasion. I don't know him personally. My hair and skin start to smoke and sizzle if I get too close to the front door of any sort of house of worship.
