General question - does anyone else have the 60-cycle hum on their Alleva Coppolo's? I am hearing it on my LG and LM or is that common for these single coil pickups? Thanks in advance.

no, not noticed it on LG5 and LM5.
I assume I could prompt it if very very close to my amp but never noticed it on a gig and I'm very rarely full full on pickups.
It's the reason I prefer VVT over V and blend.

What if you turn the bridge pickup up to 10 and the neck pickup to 0 (thus the Jaco sound/thing). Does it happen then? Thanks as always.

I can get it if I do one pick up full open but only if tone is 75% and bass and treble 75% too. Frankly, I'd never run the bass like that..and my tone is far from old school.
I'd actually call it poppy which cuts through a mix. But that hum that I can produce for this test is not an earth hum

I'd say it's common for all single coils. It's worse in some rooms than others, in my experience.
