First Ding,, Now i can just sit back and enjoy it without worry . I posted this on my FB page. Jimmy wrote and said he is surprised it took so long to do that. He is 100% correct. My schedule and gigs, this should have happens weeks ago. LOL.
Its been on at least 60 shows or sessions already...

I just sent my KBP4 (poudah bass) neck to jimmy for a new fret job. its been 12 years.. and its ready.
I ordered a bass from him about 1 year ago and its almost done.. A lightweight Alder Jazz 4 LG4.... .Black Poly Body and headstock. Indian RW Capped fingerboard with Dots and Binding.. In Memory of caesar his dog.. and my dogs .. I want a Laser dog face on the PG. Maybe a DogBone at the 12th fret.. few more months.. should go to paint next week

Oh wow, no way! Bass buds indeed!! You have a sick bass btw ;).

I used to be extremely anal about how I kept the condition of my basses, but that was the case for the basses I had planned on buying to try and flipping if needed, just because of how most people who are into high-end basses like to keep their gear.

And likewise, THIS bass, my LG5, will not part from me God willing! I don't plan to ever get rid of this bass, so resale condition doesn't really matter to me anymore. So, my heart doesn't break every time I find new dings hahah.
Yep, my sentiments exactly. Just got my first LG4 "battle scar" (drummer was involved, :) ) but didn't really bother me. It's great knowing when you have keepers and not flippers!

Almost there today.. I guess Sebnem is winding pickups today. It cost a pretty penny to get this done. I have shows coming up in Europe and next week with lance lopez. I only wish i heading out with Lances other band with billy gibbons and steve lukather on guitars at the end of the month.. Maybe i can arrange an accident for the bass player..:cool:

I paid hefty for it... That service does not come free. He is super busy.. I had it for 12 years . it has been around the world a few times.. And it really needed a refrett. Im heading out on a new gig and i want it to be in shape again

Now that's service! Jimmy should stay on a roll with kbp4's and concentrate on an "extremely important" surf green kbp4 build ;). Haha, guess what I have ordered.
