Club Alleva-Coppolo (Part 21)

No stands for me... Unless i have someone else carry them for me. My bass is more secure leaning in a corner. and not propped up on a stand. .. One less thing to carry one more thing to lose and break.. ... I don't carry what is not needed... besides learning them is more of a conversation starter...

I've used my Mark Bass 'bass keepers' for near 10yrs now. Great for close real estate stage areas. But even I bought an actual STAND the other day. $16 ... free postage. .. and it folds up small enough to fit in the bass case/bag front pocket.

Great lookin' bass! Those Empresswood LM5s Jimmy has been making are killer.

Hey @svtb15 , is your Goldie a dinky body? Or does it just look that way from that angle?

These were circulating in China a few years back. Seems that at least one has made it to the USA.
This is a FAKE.. Not a real Alleva Coppolo... China is making knock offs of my 'Poudah Bass in Sonic Blue! I just got an email from Jimmy Coppolo about This FAKE "KBP4" this one cheap wiring and electronics. wrong route, cheap rosewood fingerboard , heavy body wood, and clearly POLY not nitro finish.etc) showed up in a pawn shop in Louisiana this week. The Pawn Shop called Jimmy.. Then sent him photos. If you have a doubt about a Fake Alleva , contact me or Jimmy at the shop... we will know immediately.
Some guy almost got hosed $2500 for a used bass... This fake one is not worth $200
