I believe that Oly White is more of the aged / butter cream shade.
Do you guys think white binding would be awesome on that Oly White bass, or does it need it?

I did the same thing! A required modification IMO.Well, I just did modification #1 on my bass - I added a set of Dunlop straplocks - everything else is perfect!!!!

Just got home from rehearsal and the bass absolutely killed...
Pure clean vintage tone with blossoming lows meaty punchy mids and crisp highs..
She absolutely blew my expectations out of the water and one of the most inspiring 5 string I have owned....
Only one issue I had was the bridge saddle on the E string lowered half way thru rehearsal I am guess from vibration ..Does anybody know of this issue with the bent plate bridge saddle screws moving and have a fix??
