Haha, I hear you man. I had a late night gig on Monday and still didn't get enough sleep LAST night haha.
And I am sure that Chef is more than correct in saying that they are both killing basses.
Oh how my bank account is going to be upset with me, but oh how I don't care.
I actually saw that as well and I am really waffling between the two...They are both killer looking basses.
I guess I gotta find out the price of the RA5 from Jimmy, maybe that will help me make up my mind.

Ken has the guts I don't have, but since he blazed the trail, I gotta' go widdim on it. Totally not my thing at all, but I'm sure it's amazing for someone into that combo, and I'm sure it's an amazing bass as they all are (is that enough disclaimers that I'm not a bad person anymore?)You know me... +1.... pure, total, personal taste. There are a few of my buddies that think my Harvest Gold LM is hideous. It's all about personal taste (or lack thereof!
). But man, that is about as much 'not my thing' as anything!

Actually, I honestly like it. I think it might look cooler with a mint scratch plate, but I like it still with this one too.
But hey, if it were up to me, I'd wear carharts in church, so never mind MY fashion sense.
