No THANK YOU! I have talked to Jimmy a few times now and I am really happy with how everything is going. I plan on making the trek up to the city in just a few weeks if I can...Hopefully I will get a chance to play something (and maybe buy something!!) real soon! God Bless!

Not to mention, you are one of the few of us here (in the entire TalkBass community) that actually have their Alleva-Coppolo in thier hands. You deserve it! Actually you've been very excited about your new AC bass both in your posts and PM's. I remember when it was your Celinder. :ninja: :D

Can someone describe the tone and feel of an AC-5 compared to some basses I am familiar with such as Sadowsky MV5's, Celinder Update, Nordstrand Nordy's? They sure look sweet and I like the glowing feedback everyone seems to give Jimmy.

I am also intrigued since high profile players like Paul Turner are using AC basses.

PS: If Ken is giving his AC more playing time than his mind blowing Celinder, that also speaks volumes!

Yeah Bernie,
Just noticed those a minute ago! I'm partial to this fretless P bass in gold.

BTW, I LOVE fretless P's.
I can't even imagine how thumpin' that bass must sound with nylons on it.

Also, notice that the fretless doesn't have the E string 21st Fret thumper cutaway, like many of the other KBP-4s I've seen lately.

he update, guys. Man.I don't think I've seen any of his fretless work. I'm wondering how long these two will last. A week? Two? Any friendly bets? Anyway, unless there are options like colors you just have to have, picking up one of the beauties seems like a helluva way to get an A-C on the double. To all those interested in aquiring one, keep your eyes peeled and tune in to allevacoppolo.com EVERYDAY!! I almost missed these two myself...........

i think that white LM is gone already.. i will be talking with him later.. i have to go on a road trip to OKC today... yeeeehaw
