Welp, sent my $ in yesterday.
Apparently mine was recently wired. With the Audere classic 4 band, passive tone knob, Z Mode, and coil switches for each pickup, I'm ending up with 3 switches ans 7 knobs. Too bad we couldn't fit some high/low pass filters.

It sounds like the basses are near completion, although mine had a problem with a bad pole piece on the bridge pickup. Nordstrand is taking care of it. Sure, tad bummed about the delay, but I'm racing so much that I'd feel guilty for not being able to play it until the I have time to rest.

Pickups: 2 x KAJT(Kent Armstrong) with Wenge covers.
Preamp: Audere Z mode
Controls: V/Blend/t/m/b and z-mode switch
Control Knobs: Wenge sides, Purple Heart ring, with Bocote top. Knurled sides.
It sounds very punchy plugged in!
By the way, I paid for a pro to come over to take pictures of all four basses this Saturday
