Finally getting around to posting! I picked up SQUID's US Decade last week and have thought and thought of selling or not. GREAT bass with a really unique tone. It feels great and is well balanced. I did not have any problems with the PUP position personally but I could see where someone might. I found slapping to be as easy as on any other bass I have despite the perception to the contrary. The Chi Sonics are the S&^* as far as I am concerned! This is my third bass with them and they just rock! Clear and full sounding and definitely have something of their own happening. I am thinking seriously of getting a 4-94 with them! As good as she is I got her knowing that I needed a 4-94 and I am hoping that somebody will want to trade me their's for her. I hope you guys don't mind my shamelss plug of a FS/FT I have up in the For Sale...

These are really great basses and they don't seem to plentiful yet. I wish I could keep it but I have to limit myself to a 4-94 and 2 5 Strings for the tour I am getting ready to do so this one just plain has to go...I will reserve SQUID's NUMBER 14 for whoever gets it! Love it...

Great bass, great pickups, great guy! I am on the same page about the ChiSonic pickups. They are my favorite by far!
