That little red square that says "품절" means "sold out" in Korean. So they have no Moolons in stock now anyway.

I was really looking for a P, but ended up scoring a LPB J classic from a guy on the West Coast. Its a bit different, has a RW board with binding, and Lollars.... (getting YJ pickups as soon as possible). Will post up some impressions when it comes!

My understanding is, other than a few rosewood board basses made early on, YJ is using ebony almost exclusively. Im sure Andi could clarify further.
Do let us know your thoughts on the JIV.

Anybody noticing a lot more Moollon P models have come up lately for sale? Usually it’s one every 5-6 months.

4 in the last couple weeks, by my count (2 here, 2 on thelowend), all of them gone in hours, at most!
yes, and many of the used prices now are practically the same as a new order.

If there's been a glut of orders, there will be more available for sale starting now and into the future. Human nature dictates that some buyers will simply find that a Moollon wasn't what they expected and will move them on.
In terms of cold, hard commerce, very Moollon owner knows exactly what they have and the scarcity involved, and most buyers will pay new price for a used one. I might even do that myself, if the right one appears.
