I’m quite ready to order a j classic but have some difficulties deciding on the colour. I found many pics of classic colours but the fancy ones, not at all! Unfortunately moollon does not keep a pic of the basses with unusual colors, so I wanted to ask you if someone found a pic of a completed bass in the following hues: copper gold, gold.
Anyway, I’m interested in some variants, like a body and pickguard routing for truss rod adjustment without taking off the neck, and a matching headstock. Hope it’s possible.

I had a MV5 for a couple years and (as mentioned ad nauseam) have played a Fender CS Jazz Bass with Lindy Fralin singles installed for the last 10. Not really a fair comparison, as it's not a J-style, but build quality-wise the Moollon absolutely smokes both of them. Looking forward to the Nitro wearing on the back of my neck similar to my CS.
Thinking a 5 is in the future. The P-Classic V is very compelling, but I can't find a whole lot of sound clips or videos online. My IV is wearing flats and I think it'd be nice to have a P with rounds on it.
Just sent the monies over yesterday for a P5. Two months. Can’t wait. John Bartlett was gracious enough to record a sample of his 4 and 5 P basses for me. Actually, liked the sound of the 5 better then the 4!!
