Club Sadowsky!!!

In. I'll spare you all posting my quartet AGAIN... and throw this one up:

[Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

I'm currently babysitting this one for a friend. It's interesting as it's quite different than any of mine. It's a slightly unusual spec - ash/brazilian RW/HC.

Nice bass, I like it a lot - there's a good amount of warmth from the BRW, and the characteristic "ping" of the ash is very nice. No harshness. That's about the best I can describe it - describing tones is not my strong suit.
It's a bit polite for my tastes... a set of singe coils would cap it nicely, and were it to be mine I would throw a set in asap. Oh, and I'd paint it black, put a mint guard on it and rout it for a control plate :hiding: :D

So envious of that amp Tom! I sold that Aguilar DB359 I got from you in order to fund a SADOWSKY JJ 4. Just running the TFunk now.

You know, I do sometimes miss that DB359, but then I play the SA200 (or the Reeves C225), and I feel all better. :D

You certainly put it to good use (in getting the JJ 4).
