Club Sadowsky!!!

I hope y'all don't think I'm a complete and total nerd... wait... too late... well, anyway, I didn't have any of these shots, so I asked for one... of course Roger graciously agreed. Suitable for framing, which I will do: :)

Congrats!!! Nice people and nice bass!!!! :bassist:

The 1 3/4 nut is one of the reasons why I'm saving my pennies for a WL5. :hyper:
I'm assuming this means Metro WL5 because that's the only Metro that sports this feature (because obviously you can get it on any NYC 5.)

But yeah, it's kinda' surprising what a difference 1/8" at one end of the strings makes. Clearly, it's most noticeable only in the first position, but still, it does matter.

Yeah, the Metro version is what I'm holding out for. I know I could spec a NYC with that, and have seriously thought about doing one like yours with 1 3/4 nut and 18mm spacing. Filled out the form and everything. But the tax man is hitting me pretty hard this year. :spit: And the nut width is a bigger deal to me than the bridge spacing, honestly.

I was VERY tempted by the WL5 in the most recent stock update. though. Fortunately (for my wallet, anyway) it has already been spoken for. And your flame 24 fret version is pretty amazing too, Vic. Very nice.

Wow - very pretty. Good looking bass too! ;)

I've really been digging the look of flamed maple with Sunburst. I (almost) wish I would have gone w/ flame instead of quilt on my VJ5. Almost.
