Man I'm still discovering new things about the Sadowsky Modern bass.
The newest discovery is that it's got an AMAZING tone for metal and hard rock. It may be obvious that this is definitely not the style of music I normally play, but the tone alone inspires me to give it a try:
There's no effects or compression, it's just a little boosted Treble and VTC. All fingers, no picks were harmed in the making of this.
Honestly, I don't know why you don't see the Modern in more hard rock and metal bands. I could definitely see Justin Chancellor or Tim Commerford playing one of these - maybe even Geddy.
