yes! Single coil Nordstrands in my bass. Now it has the 70ies jazzbass sound I had in mind.

I'm thinking to replace the Sadowsky double coil pickups in my Modern 5 fretless with single coil.

Speaking of Podcasts ... I think it would be cool if Roger would start his own podcast. Interviewing people who use his basses and guitars along with repair work he's done over the years and just all the years he's been in the industry. Maybe even interview other guitar makers like Mike Tobias. Roger and Mike did a Bass Day seminar on bass setup that was really good. Just a thought.

Yes I did. Since the pups are in 70ies position and the bass is maple ash, humbuckers don’t make sense to me.
