Club Sadowsky!!!

Man you guys are killing me with NYC 24 5 strings. Those are awesome.
Hey B.C.... here's some eye candy for you then... (evil grin)...

Growls like a junkyard dog... :)

+1. I never get tired of seeing that one.
Thanks. I'm fortunate to have it for sure, and thanks to KJung for that as well. Thing is, I'm actually being kinda' mean to B.C. He's a friend and lives locally, so he's actually played this bass several times and "kinda' digs it" to put it mildly. :D

Can you post a larger (wallpaper) sized photo of your bass, Vic? I love it.
Thanks! Yeah, no prob. I don't have the full rez version on my website, but I do have it at home. If I don't post it by tomorrow, smack me over the head with a PM and I'll get it done for you. :)

Any soundclips of this wonderful looking bass?!
None personally, and it's actually a personal frustration of mine that I STILL don't have a convenient and easy to use simple recording tool... especially one with easy to use/program drum loops. Otherwise, while you'd have to forgive my playing, I'd be all about clips on any of my stuff.

However, that said, I can't recall them off the top of my head but someone posted links to vids on youtube of at least one or two guys playing this type of bass.

Me too! I would love to hear from someone who has an easy, simple, recording solution for idiots (me). And how and where to post mp3's would be most welcome. Feel free to PM me rather than derail the thread. Thanks!

We now return you to the outstanding Club Sadowsky thread. :D

Well i can see why you would!! She is beautiful!! :)

Yes, she is absolutely beautiful (thank you), but I mean the playability, the crystal clear tone, and the versatility that comes out of it are just mind-boggling. Ever since I strung it EADGC, it's like the bass has been re-born.

I just started experimenting with a mute under the strings at the bridge. I'm trying to come close to a Motown 'thump'... more tweaking to do, but I might be able to get there.
