Good call. Sunbeams work well on some basses, but when they don't work great, they really don't work, IME/IMHO.

Ah! OK, I'm 'deaf' for colors
. I can barely recognize around a dozen and that includes white and black. 
That's what I put on my RV4 as well. When I got it, it had some light blue wrapped strings that were really dull on it. The Hi-Beams really brought it to life.

That is by far one of the best looking 5-string Sadowsky basses I've seen. Let me know what you think of those pickups. I might be putting those in a 4-string NYC at some point...
As soon as my bank clears the paypal payment from the MTD I just sold, I'll have a pretty little Metro. Most likely next week officially.
