Hey guys...
I'm currently selling a lot of stuff and saving to try to add a metro jazz 5 into my arsenal. That and the avalon pre/DI I'm getting should give me some tonal bliss.
How's the used market for Sadowsky basses? I see them occasionally on the classifieds but not with any real regularity... anything I should check out (I'm assuming no, because I've played one or two and couldn't imagine much ever going wrong with one)?
A mint MS/MV 5 should run you $1700-2000 and they pop up on aBay from time to time and there is almost always a couple available in the classifieds here.
My only advice would be to keep it 100% stock. Tuners, preamp, pickups, etc. are all amazing and there is no reason to modify a Sadowsky IMO.
Adding a VTC doesn't hurt! Or Sadowsky Single Coils either!

Hi
Here's my 24fret 4. Its a new model for them. Ive had mine since late last summer but was under gag order. LOL. Its an unbelievable piece. Only 7.35lbs. Expertly assembled. Action is on the board. The big singles kill. Ash body, totally yummy.

They are great...unfortunately American Fenders are what I can afford these days..those will have to do for now....but it is nice to look at these beauties

Dare I say it in the Sacred thread????
I went out and bought a New American Standard JAzz V two days after visiting Sadowsky. Price was not the deciding factor.
I know I'll go crawl back into my hole!![]()
