Those used to be the strings that Will endorsed, though his name does not appear on the packaging anymore. He still uses them on some of his basses, I believe. But Will uses Sadowsky Blacks on his Will Lee Model basses (he told me this when I did my interview with him for [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]).

No, you're killing me!!!!
As soon as I got the stock update that included this bass, I called to buy it and the bass was already gone (there was a stock update today too...but I made it through unscathed).

I wasn't subscribed to this thread when you picked this beauty up. It kills me everytime I think of it, and now you post this!

Glad you're enjoying it. If you ever think of selling it, PLEASE put me at the top of the list.

Funny thing is, Just like you, when i saw it on the new update back in June (I think), I was in love and wanted it so bad. But just like you it was sold.

Then a couple weeks ago I saw it on the bay and won it for $700 less then I would've pay new and the bass came to me literally brand new, with protective film and everything. The guy decided he wanted a Ritter instead :confused:.
He said he played it a couple time and that's it.

If I ever decide to sell, you'll be the first to know.

Ur2funky, you probably don't wanna' hear this, but johnnydi's story above here is also mine for #5249... I just barely missed out on it fresh from the shop, but then not too long afterwards, the owner flipped it to me for a really nice discount. You just can NOT beat those scenarios... not at all! :)
