As SpectorDetector says, I think it's still 1.75 (which is standard on the WL-5.) Outside of that, I'm not sure what further they may be able to offer for a custom upcharge. Wanna' check with them and get back to us, or maybe Roger will answer directly?
I have the 1.75" nut on my PJ5 and on my BS equipped 5 string (that is on order) as well.
I am sure it isn't an "WL" exclusive option.

I'd love to see photos of ALL of the Sadowskys that Rob has had. I know he holds the record for owning the most Sadowskys...but not all at once.

I know...Many are just would reply that the pre is part of the 'magic' so to speak, however its a real question.
Just a note: Carey Nordstrand offers the Audere in his basses as well as his own pre.

Never experienced Audere + Sadowsky combo....but I do have experience on each.
I like and sometimes run the sadowsky basses in passive, so the preamp is not the truly magic but an option for me to spicy up sometimes, the truly Sadowsky magic is the craftsmanship and the quality to me.
Audere Pre, tried on Nordy, Fender + Audere...never dig the tone, the Audere did take away the original tone of the bass somewhat......I'm not a big fans of "Preamp" dominated sounding stuff, at least this is what I thought on Audere.

That was my thought on the Audere as well.
My favs are the Demeter pre-amp, F-Bass and Sadowsky.
I played a number of Tylers that had the Demeter in it, awesome. Might really be the only bass I would ever say will pace a Sadowsky in every aspect. Except for that big arse headstock! (Tyler basses kill in the mix/track like a Sadowsky does.)
I also have a prototype of the Demeter BPEQ pedal. Works fantastic with EVERY bass I ever plugged into it.
I think you can get the Audere in pedal form. I would go that route first. Try it without having and changes done.
Then if you really dig it, have one dropped in and have the pedal for other basses etc.

LOL I know...I was hesitant to ask actually,
I like the low Z mode and the subtlety of the pre.
I ask because I'm taking the Sadowsky pre out of my Valenti and putting in a Audere.
