In this international Rush Day....21-12-18...
I saw them during this era and I would guess that they were playing 2112 in the pic. They had those huge lights on either of the drum platform and they only came on during 2112 and their finale. Great Pic!

I think it's older. I don't see Geddys keyboard rig in the pic, and I doubt it would be so far to the side of the stage as to be out of frame here.
I think you're right about it being older. It has a similar look to a lot of the pictures on the All The World's a Stage album cover.
No gong behind Neil. That means it is Moving Pictures or later. If memory serves, he ditched the gong for Moving Pictures.
