Crazy ex-girlfriend

At first I thought this thread was all fun and games...funny stories of hot, crazy chicks - but this is actually hitting home for me. Since yesterday, I've been doing a lot of thinking.

I started out with one about 12 years ago, a girl I saw on and off...She stalked me, sat at my front door knocking for an hour to let her in while she knew I had another girl in the apt, bought me things to "apologize" even let me do anal to make up for something.(not a joke) It was MAJOR drama. Several people told me to stay away from her, but I was too to an extent...drinking a lot, wild and risk taking. Sex was great, she has big breasts, and the good times were a lot of fun. I thought we were compatible. That girl ended up becoming my wife

Now that I've calmed down and changed a lot (stopped drinking), the behavior is highly present, front and center. There is a lot in common with the Borderline Personality description. I'm great one minute, and terrible the next. A few months ago she picked up my MIA P and threatened to smash it, taking it out of the apt after throwing a glass of hot coffee at me. Last week, I was a GREAT father to our 3 year old, and now I've done nothing to raise her. Last week she wanted to wear her wedding ring again, and now, she hates me and wants me out of out home. It's been this way for a while and reading about it helped. Sadly, I'm pretty sure our marriage is over, but I'm at peace with it. And that peace is driving her crazy. I refuse to give a response that enables her. Last night she called me FU%#^& #$$hole in front of our daughter after I was non confrontational with her. Needless to say, times are a little tough here, but I'll get through it. She fits IMO, a lot of the descriptions of BPD. Extremes. Sometimes, so sweet - a good mother, pretty, and others...

I ignored the warning signs. I was idealistic. Let this be a lesson to you boys, I married one and am paying the price right now. If I knew then what I know now, even a little sign would have made me run. Pay attention.

I'm quoting myself, because the crazy has gotten to me too...after all I said, and feeling so bad, and her crying during yet another argument just one hour ago, she came out wearing panties and told me if I didn't bang her, she was going to masturbate.

Even though I swore I wouldn't and I would be absolutely crazy for doing so, I just banged her.

Well, really it didn't hurt anything, because you're MARRIED to her. Getting free of the marriage is going to be a long, drawn out, very painful experience either way. And excising her from your life is impossible because of the kid, unless you relinquish custody and move to the Philippines. So you may as well get one in while you can.

That's the kind of thing someone says who hasn't been exposed to real crazy. I'm happy for you and your wife and I hope you both get crazier in love in all the right ways and none of the diagnosable ways the older you get

Good point I meant no offense to anyone. I can tell you that we were both newly recovered addicts when we met. Does that count?
Thanks too, the more we are together the more crazy in love we are.

I had one try to stab me at a party. I had broken up with her about a week before because I found out she gave some dude a hummer at a party.

Had one flip out at a bar when she saw me with a new chick, she caused a big scene and threw a pint glass at me, it shattered and made a huge mess. I had broken up with her about a week before because I found out she got it on with two guys and another chick at a party.

My ex-wife had an affair with another guy because I wouldn't give up music. She sure showed me. I got a really nice artist gig soon after I filed. Most of the details of our divorce were worked out on the phone from the tour bus. Due to the affair she didn't see a penny.

There was one more REALLY crazy one, but if I start on that one I'll be typing all night.
