That's the one with the photo of the band member right after he blew his own brains out with a shotgun, right?
I don't think the album cover is creepy, but rather gross and deliberately shocking.
The guy's bandmates who shot the photo and used it as an album cover, those guys are creepy.
And for what it's worth, I think they suck at music, too. But that's just my opinion.

Grotesque is not Creepy. Creepy has an element of weirdness or strangeness to it, IMO.
