Custom Bass Wait Support Group Needed [Part 3]

Nice bridge. Im wonder what are those little circles between the bridge and the pickup just under each string.

String ferules. They use up a few inches of string to allow for use of normal bass strings. Ordinarily, it would be really hard to find a way to get the low B to fit in the tuning peg. Since nobody makes a 31" scale 5 string set, this seems to be the best idea.

Aw crap, I was hoping I wouldn't have to post in this thread... !

In December '07 I ordered a custom neck from a well-respected luthier (who gets lots of props here on TB) for a bass I've got; was told it would be completed "early next year."

It's now going on five months, he hasn't been able to even give me a ballpark guesstimate when it will be actually finished, or even send me pics of the neck in progress as I requested. Sigh...

Been a while since checking in;
Some amazing stuff (as usual)
Those Birdsongs are so short-scaley-uniquely cool.
Modney- How long the wait for the F bass?
Pmaraziti-The Bennie is a jaw-dropper!
Its seems you have one more control than is listed in your specs (vol/vol/vol/treble/mid/bass). A master volume?

A refresher on the specs for my Ramirez, which was commisioned last December:

After preliminary work, she’s been waiting her turn behind rudyboy98's bubinga beauty.
(everything is still on schedule :))

Glad she’s been sitting because in the meantime, we’ve agreed to changes/upgrades (listed on the render).
