Regarding a Wiki posting of build times;
Like listing a part of Builders report cards, correct?
That would have to be handled very carefully.
Without full context, charting time estimates against actual deliverable times could unduly harm a builders reputation.
Some of these operations are one-man/ part-time.
They may get caught unprepared by sudden bumps in demand.
Or a couple of personal set-backs might really push out build times.
The latter happened with one of my builders (so much so, I was offered my deposit back).
Thats not to excuse the folks who obtain deposits in bad faith with fraudulent estimates.
Best bet; Contact former customers and learn what to realistically expect from the prospective builder.
If you dont, you are knowingly taking a risk.
