Well, yes I did sing one song and played. It is pretty hard and takes a lot of practice. That one is not so bad as many of the vocals are solo so it' sing a line, play a few notes, sing a line, play, etc. My voice is not really great so I don't get to near a microphone very often but it works OK in that one. I also used to sing "Dancing With Myself" by Billy Idol when it was in our set list. But it got dropped. Not sure why as when we did it the dance floor would be full. Maybe our regular lead singer was jealous.

See, I thought that was you! Singing and playing at the same time is really quite a skill to have, one I'm sure your bandmates (jealous Diva-esque singers aside) really appreciate.

Thanks for making my stalking easy this weekend by telling me exactly where you'll be... *devious laugh* Have fun in Phoenix and if you see me creeping around, be sure to smile for the camera! (I like to take lots of video, you never know when it will come in handy...)

Yeah, all you stalkees claim to want to be caught until FM breaks out that stun gun. Then it's all stuttering and backing away and fear in the eyes, then just falling and flailing and drooling... :ninja:

Yeah, we get crazed fans setting fires here too after intense Buckeye (OSU football) games. Always makes me shake my head in utter disbelief... :rollno:

So, is Samantha the same person as Buchananbass, or is she yet another Sam on this thread? Does the CWB thread attract a lot of Samanthas for some reason?

Samantha is a pretty cool name, though. Interesting enough, the Thumpketeers all have fairly unusual names, not a Jane or a Brittany in the bunch. :p

Do you mean falling, flailing, and drooling is a bad thing? I thought that was part of the charm the guys added. What girl doesn't want a guy drooling at her feet?

The end is near on CWB 11. Soon the Thumpketeers and droolers will have to come to terms on a name for version 12.

Previously suggested was "I wanna do right, but not right now." But there are of course lot's of easy ones for v.12 such as "The Dirty Dozen" and so on. Guess we better get some kind of a quorum before we hit the Century mark which will be in the next day or two.
