I think that line may be discontinued now. Not sure on that. They sound fabulous in a mix. One of the best takes on a Jbass. You two look like you are having a blast

I'm not a fan of heads that lack versatility or that seem to reproduce your tone with less enthusiasm and gusto. They don't call it head room for nothing

you don't sound so sure about the Roscoe. It has a neck profile similar to a sound gear so that might be a bonus for you. My mitts get cramped up on a neck with narrow spacing.

Nothing macho, just ergonomics. My technique is also horrible in that I am always bring my left thumb over the neck. No single cuts for me.

No, I was sure about it. T made me play it. It didn't even catch my eye, but she handed it to me, and I was in love.
