I'm dying to do the race car track thing they have here in Florida, but it's 'spensive. Until then, I have to be satisfied with the go-cart drift track. But that's still pretty fun.

Motorcycle track days aren't exactly cheap either. Auto Club Speedway is one of the more expensive tracks to ride at, and the organization that I like riding with did a special price for Fridays ($169 vs $249. Add to that fuel and food for the day. I will say that this was one of the cheaper days that I have done in a long time since I only had to worry about food and water for myself vs the whole family.

Being retired, I'm figuring out how to have fun with hobbies and still stay in a budget. (That is almost a hobby unto itself.)
I started playing with race cars when I was young...does that mean hobbies will be getting less expensive?
meeting both of them together has actually been my goal since CWB started last August, and I have t-shirts to prove it. But not plane tickets, so, just another poser.
