Damnation Audio Fan/Appreciation Thread

Oh.. so
There’s nothing on YouTube for the new/V3 yet. The original was a big box with the input gain trim on the inside. V2 was in a smaller format with a 20dB pre-gain switch on the outside.

This latest version has something a number of folks talked about - that input gain/boost function on a knob for fine tuning and a footswitch so it can be engaged and disengaged without having to bend down and stop playing. It gives a lot of folks a 2-for-1. And the clean blend is new, a la the Dirt Fixer.
Oh... So it has loops for the dirtfixer capabilities? If so I'm in!

Nope. The picture shows what you get. It's just a different voice/approach on the clean blend - there's somewhere in this thread where @father of fires mentions that the 'contoured' clean blend on the DF is voiced differently than the low passed clean blend on the original Loop Blender.

The Dirtfixer is kind of a platform on which multiple other new Damnation Audio pedals will be built. We have a new hardware design, power supply, and clean blend circuit that will be wrapped around other stuff we have in the works, including this updated MBD. MBD is our distortion and overdrive voice with our blend integrated. Dirtfixer lets you wrap our contoured clean blend around your other pedals and sculpt them with EQ. We really just want you to be able to do more with your gear for folks that have lots of stuff while also offering a super flexible bass drive for folks that are more of the "tuner and a dirt on stage" type of player.

This new MBD probably means I'll be able to go back to my Voodoo Labs Dingbat Tiny, assuming I can mount my Trutone CS6 underneath. I switched to a Pedaltrain Nano+ because I needed more room.
