MBD3 arrived today. It's the best bass distortion pedal I've ever played. My only quibble is the bright white LEDs are gonna give me ocular migraines. Nothing a little tape won't fix. Otherwise, it's perfect. Well done.
Great! I recommend putting a piece of black gaffer tape over it and scraping a hole in the middle with a screw until you get enough light. My favorite LEDs are from EHX. They must have really high resistors on them that I find them really pleasant to look at. Maybe it's my sensitive blue eyes, but I don't understand the need for LEDs as bright as flood lights.

The Dirtfixer wet signal path has a four band eq. Would anyone know if this is applied before or after the loop?
The EQ is applied to the wet signal only, after the loop, and is incredibly effective
Its on the return side of the loop for the wet signal only. That's the "Fixer" part of the pedal.
Anyone have experience with the MBD3 into a SABDDI V2? Do they work and play well together MBD dirt into the SA?

I find to make the SABDDI even work for me, it has to have a good overdrive going into it, bc I think the factory overdrive on their pedal is horrible alone. Anything going into that thing sounds better than it alone, imo.
I have been planning to grab a MBD3, and recently picked up a BDDI V2 in trade. I'd like the BDDI to be my main clean sound and the MBD3 to be a source of dirt, low gain OD, as needed. I just don't want to have to switch one on and the other off due to them clashing or not working well together. I don't plan on using the BDDI for dirt at all.

I think it works ok if the sansamp isn't set up for any extremes. Both have a personallity and can easily clash.
I run an MBD (3 but have used the 1 and 2 as well the same way) into a 10 band EQ into a rusty box and it works wonderfully. It runs and stacks well with a lot of pedals. I stacked it with a swollen pickle last night and it sounded great! I know you're wanting to know about the BDDI but I believe it'll work fine.
