I had what I consider a not so great customer experience with Dave. It's a long story, and maybe I could have approached things differently, but I also think I was never out of line, disrespectful, or unreasonable. I believe that when it came down to the end, Dave lied to me. The experience was so unpleasant, it just soured me on things, and I sold my amp. I still feel pretty angry about it. Being "eccentric" - or what ever - is not an excuse for treating your customers poorly. If you can't keep up your business and don't like dealing with people, maybe you are in the wrong business or maybe it's time to move on.
I love this lineage of amps. I've owned 2 AMP BH420s, a TFB 550, and a TFB 800, and I bought a Cabbage case from Dave too.
