Drunk posts..... He's admitted it to a couple of us in the past.

Man that sucks. As far as I’m concerned he’s stolen a bunch of money from me. Still no amp.
Sounds not too far off from what he did.... yall make sound like he sold some amps and skipped town...
And he also committed mass murder that's the facts cause you saw it right here.

It's kind of funny, but not really. You got jokes! The fact is that people has sent him their amps for repair months or even over a year ago and he just sits on them and won't get back to them. I guess that's OK in your book, eh? Or perhaps you are suggesting that they are lying?
.... I just think its a little rush to judgment..... ..... and his behavior has changed all of a sudden......
Just stating the facts. Amps were sent, then radio-silence and meanwhile, these guys don't have their amps or any communication. If he's dead or hospitalized, etc, then I get it, but nobody seems to be able to confirm anything. No its not OK but you guys have tried convicted and hanged this man over posts on the internet. I just think its a little rush to judgment. Dave has been a pillar of the industry for many years and his behavior has changed all of a sudden. I'm thinking due to his age and health something is up so lets not go burn his house down. Perhaps someone that lives near him could go check on him?
Exactly!Check back a couple pages. @srcTW is going on like two years... hardly a "rush to judgment" or "all of a sudden" thing.
It's kind of funny, but not really.
Not so funny especially for the people who have paid for goods and not received them, or people who sent their amps for repair and didn't get them back, or people (including myself) who just had bad experiences that soured them on a great product.
I get that's Dave is old, and in his day made great amps, but getting old is not an excuse... If you are ready for retirement, then wind things down in a professional way. Maybe he kind of got in bad shape in one way or another, and if that's the case, then I hope he's OK. But still sucks for the people who had bad experiences with him.

Here is where I bass my "getting old" opinion. My father's health started deteriorating due to age and his hear condition several years ago. His decision making process was the first thing to go. He started making bad decisions regarding finances, bills, money, health, family, property and I'm telling you it got away from him. He passed away in December of 2016 and day I will never forget for the rest of my life. My step mother was ready for him to go and she was involved in most all the decisions. I was furious as some were bad for his health and likely sped hi departure. I don't hold condemnation for her but I sure do miss my Dad.
Back to my point I watched as he made bad decision after bad decision and others suffered for those bad decisions. We tried to help and make it better but he was just too far gone to get him to understand what he was doing and what was happening.
What I'm saying is rather than start a lynch mob perhaps someone near him to go check on him and investigate. Maybe he is need of help. There is a human being behind those amps and its value may be of worth.
I'm well aware that this has been ongoing for a while. That doesn't change anything. I'm saying maybe Dave needs help? Anyone ever though well maybe I should go check on him?
Sorry to hear about your Dad. I've also had some folks in my family suffer from dementia and alzheimer's and it's the worst thing in the world to watch someone loose their mind.
Kind of why I said... Maybe he kind of got in bad shape in one way or another, and if that's the case, then I hope he's OK.
There has been lot's of concern for the guy on the thread in addition to some of the frustration.
Cool. Report back...So I'm on the Phone with Dave Funk right now.
