Yet another Ding-wall.

2009 Prima Artist, serial 4591. It's in damn good shape - I was only able to find one very tiny scuff on the entire bass, and I'm almost certain it'll buff right out. I should be picking it up Saturday the 26th.

Hope you got it! Keep us posted. I hesitated only because I couldn't get the weight. I like a solid bass, however, I don't want to play a 13 lb bass for long periods of time. Also, had concerns about import paperwork. I've been burned before with stupid customs taxes that no one could explain. Nothing against the seller or that fine instrument! I'd like to find a nice AB II stateside. Moving back to all long-scale.

Yeah, I got in a bass from England and it cost me about 250 more than the estimate for import duty. On top of the shipping.

YESSSSS!!!! The guilt trip worked!:laugh: Actually, just the thought of being able to hear a recording of a Dingwall switched between a 410-3 and a 12-3 stack thorugh a Magellan 800 makes me VERY happy!:thumbsup::hyper:

I would have a hard time playing this one. I would lose myself gazing at all the beauty. Truth. :cool:

I can just imagine that thing right there has got to have some of the nicest sounds of any Dingwall ever!!! When it came up I dreamt. Lol.

I was concerned about the CITES with the bubinga and weight otherwise I woulda been fighting ya for it. Oh yeah..... and the fact that i didn’t have any funds for it.
