Do you mean WD pickguards? I couldn't find a DW pickguards anywhere. D:

They don't seem to have Dingwall templates on file though, so if you don't have one to send them to copy, I am not sure how their ordering process works. It says to contact them by phone or email. In my case, I am going to send them the original so they can copy it.
Since so many of the NG2 videos out there seem to use distortion pedals (which do sound great), I thought it would be interesting to make a video showing the variety of tones the NG2 can produce without distortion.
Caveats:
1. I recorded this on my cellphone, so the audio is not studio quality.
2. I am slowly recovering from a slow-healing broken left thumb, so I am having a hard time playing.
3. I was just doing random noodling, and after listening to the video, realize I probably should have done some more legato playing and let some notes ring out.
4. The video is long enough that you may fall asleep watching it, so don't feel obligated to stay for the final credits.
That said, the video still gives a sampling of the incredibly wide variety of sounds the bass can make, which might be useful for anyone who is thinking about buying an NG2 and worrying that it's a one-trick pony. (It's not.)
Some day when I have more time, and after my thumb has healed and I have figured out how to use my recording equipment, I'll make a better quality recording, I promise.

wait. you are going to send them your Dingwall or just the pickguard? If you are sending them just the pickguard, dude I would really appreciate a trace so I can make one.
I would think you'd want a trace from the same model bass, right? What bass do you have? I have a Super P5, a Super J5xxx and an NG2 4-string. Happy to make a trace if it helps you. But I think you said you have a Combustion 5-string, so I might not be able to help. :-(

I wonder if they are getting lost between Dingwall and the dealer, or lost between the dealer and the customer, or if they only recently started including them.

My favorites on any bass
18 months, according to a European dealer I talked to today. I JUST placed the order (not 10min. ago) for a slightly custom ABI 5-string (all black, with a black pickguard, blackened headstock, 3xpickups with D-bird wiring). Luckily my dealer in Italy (there are no Dingwall dealers here in Switzerland) can still change an open order due in January, and I can get it as a late X'mas present.
Yeah I'm hoping it's just a new nut is all that's needed. Thanks for the advice! I'll keep you guys updated

Had a good chat on the phone with @bebass yesterday, see you guys in a few months. 
The default configuration is the pickups are wired to be in parallel internally. So if you have switches, they can be simply switched back and forth. They can also we rewired fairly easily, as all of the leads are are available. If you search this thread, you will find pictures illustrating the wiring configuration for series and parallel.
