That sounds like fun. My Super PJ5 and SJ5 would be interested if they don’t have plans.

You guys just missed my annual Emerald City Bass Convention. We had quite a few Dingwalls there!

Any gathering featuring Sheldon's bass guitars is over-the top fun by nature. I love people's reactions when they see, feel, and hear bass done right (especially when it is their first time fingering a Dingwall).

Yeah. They were brutal to play in. I was 2 years into recovery from a major accident, and dealing with strength and mobility issues, particularly on my left side. An old club acquaintance asked me to join his project, and he fabricated all of our outfits. That was real tire tread on the shoulders. Some of the other costume parts were diamond plate foam, so that was easier to work with.

Actually I just used Dunlop 65 cleaner just before the picture. I bought a big bottle and it's lasting a long time.

While this stuff is fine for your Dingwalls, never let it get near any nitro-finished basses. Dunlop puts silicone in their spray which will make any kind of nitro repair impossible. I recommend using Gibson pump polish (in an orange bottle) for your nitro gear.
