Same, and the vertigo seems like the best in the biz. It'd be great to have to keep my D-Roc cased on stage or in our rehearsal place when I don't have time to bring a stand out, but with that not being an option I'll probably just keep loading it in and out of my car first to be safe heh

Anyone here with a Dingwall that has blue luminlay side dots? I got one and it's "suppose" to have them. I tried my phone led, a portable light, and regular light but they will not glow a single bit. To me they look like perloids but I have never had luminlays so I wanted to see if any of you had a picture of yours to compare or suggestions on what I am doing wrong. I have read that within seconds of putting light to it you should at least get a faint glow. But I get nothing. Here's the bass side:

They’re like glow in the dark stickers in that they won’t really do anything in a brightly lit room except for charge. They should glow when you turn out the lights unless they aren’t absorbing any UV light somehow.

Just going from daylight into a lower light room, you’ll see the glow. If you hit them with your cell phone light, Luminlay would glow bright.

You may have just plain pearloid. Luminlay dots will be at least 5mm of material deep into the neck.

I’ve drilled out pearl dots and replaced them with Luminlay. It’s a simple job, and huge bang for the buck. Super fun having glowing blue markers.

That looks like pearloid to me

You should probably show the rest of the bass… it’s kind of a rule!

Is the fretboard aluminum too? cant really tell by the pic. I see that and immediately hear brittle, high-freq, slap silliness. Odds are it probably sounds nothing like that though, lol. Trippy!

Yeah, been following Baguley for a while and everything they make is 100% aluminum (besides inlays).
