According to sites that claim to weigh instruments accurately, ABZ's tend to come in at between 7 lb and change and the very low 8's. Mine is 8 lb even.
Super P's can be found in the same range, but usually a hair heavier. There are thin and regular bodied P's. I don't know how they compare weight-wise, as I haven't been watching the websites since I bought my ABZ 5.
At the GTG I attended in Markham, Sheldon told me that the thin finish on the ABZ's, along with the lack of a battery and preamp make them the lightest. Apparently a gloss finish makes a difference of a few ounces over the rubbed finish.
The figured top on the average AB1 or II also bumps it up.
